These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and the 6777sx platform (hereinafter "6777sx", "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "the Operator"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at https://6777sx.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through that domain.

6777sx is an English-language online gaming and sports betting platform designed for users in Pakistan and other permitted territories. All platform content, including these Terms, is presented in English. By accessing the platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

The following terms have the meanings set out below when used throughout this Agreement:

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the licence jurisdiction applicable to the Operator, to register an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any stage. Any account found to have been registered by a minor will be suspended, all funds forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for verifying that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your country, territory or region of residence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local gambling laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may apply. 6777sx does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all territories. Users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and shall indemnify the Operator against any resulting liability.

3.3 Single Account Policy. Each User may maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. You must notify the Operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC). The Operator reserves the right to request identity, address and payment-method verification documentation at any time. Standard KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of residential address and supporting financial documents. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

4.2 Account Statements. Transaction histories and account statements are available within your account dashboard. All figures are displayed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Users are encouraged to review their statements regularly to monitor account activity.

4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply an inactivity charge to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policies. Users will be notified before any deduction is made. Any remaining balance at the time of dormancy classification will be protected subject to applicable policies and limitations.

4.4 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled and any applicable bonus conditions reviewed. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements.

5.1 Funding Requirement. All deposits must be made using funds that are legally yours. Funding an account with proceeds from illegal activity constitutes a criminal offence and will be referred to appropriate authorities. The Operator operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will take appropriate action where suspicious activity is identified.

5.2 Accepted Payment References. The Platform acknowledges familiar local payment methods for Pakistani users as contextual references, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. The mention of these payment methods does not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed availability. Actual supported deposit methods are determined by the Operator and are subject to change.

5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. Illustrative minimums of PKR 1,000 may be referenced elsewhere on the Platform for informational context; actual minimums may differ.

5.4 Currency. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are made in an alternative currency or cryptocurrency, conversion will occur at rates determined by the Operator or relevant payment processor. The Operator is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations.

5.5 Processing Times. Deposit processing times vary by method. Most electronic wallet and instant-transfer methods process immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers may take longer. The Operator shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by a User whose account has been fully verified in accordance with KYC requirements. The Operator reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.

6.2 Account Name Match. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts, wallets or payment instruments registered in the same name as the 6777sx account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Bonus Conditions. Where a User holds an active bonus, all applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold may be rejected.

6.5 Processing Timelines. The Operator aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Specific payout timelines are not guaranteed and may vary by method, workload and compliance requirements. Users experiencing delays should contact platform support.

6.6 Deductions. The Operator reserves the right to deduct applicable fees, taxes or levies from withdrawal amounts as required by law or platform policy. Any such deductions will be disclosed to the User prior to finalisation of the withdrawal.

7.1 Illustrative Nature. Bonus figures displayed on the Platform — including welcome offers, cricket weekend offers, sports starter bonuses and cryptocurrency bonuses — are illustrative examples only unless confirmed as current live promotions by the Operator. Actual bonus values, minimum deposit thresholds and wagering requirements are set by the Operator and may change at any time.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. By way of illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Users must read the current promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute up to 100%, while live dealer and table game bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time window (typically 7–30 days from claim, as per individual offer terms). Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7.7 Operator Discretion. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the Operator's decision is final.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted subject to the Operator's market rules at the time of placement. Confirmation of a bet does not guarantee a payout where the bet is subsequently found to have been accepted in error (for example, due to an obvious pricing error).

8.2 Cricket & Sports Markets. Markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sports are offered as sports betting context. References to these competitions are for informational purposes; 6777sx has no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC), or any team, league or athlete.

8.3 Market Void. The Operator reserves the right to void any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, data error, technical malfunction or extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, stakes on voided markets are typically returned; however, this is subject to the Operator's specific market rules.

8.4 Payout Limits. Maximum single-event payout limits may apply. These are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

8.5 In-Play Betting. Live or in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes, suspension during key events (wickets, goals, timeouts) and network latency. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets at any specific time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or funding of illegal activity.
• Opening or using multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under any alias or third-party identity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets without the Operator's express written consent.
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing or insider information betting.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks using VPNs, proxies or similar tools.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Providing false, incomplete or fraudulent documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Chargeback abuse — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

The Operator reserves the right to take any and all proportionate action in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the 6777sx Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, user-interface design and arrangement thereof, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Permitted Use. You may access and use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your authorised use of the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish or commercially exploit any platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

11.1 Commitment. 6777sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults and should never be used as a source of income, a means of recovering losses or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

11.2 Player Controls. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your account settings:

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

12.3 No Warranty. The Operator makes no representation or warranty that the Platform is suitable for use in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12.4 Third-Party Services. The Operator is not liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party payment providers, technology partners or data-feed suppliers, including any payment delay or processing error attributable to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, cryptocurrency networks or any other external service.

12.5 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their 6777sx account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Operator's Right to Suspend. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or where required to do so for legal or compliance reasons.

13.2 Consequences of Closure. Upon account closure for breach, the Operator may void pending bets, forfeit bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be legitimately owned by the User, following investigation, will be returned to the User via a verified payment method.

13.3 User-Initiated Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance after deducting applicable fees will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC completion.

14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may also be applicable and take precedence where required.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a User and the Operator, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with the platform support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

15.1 Right to Amend. The Operator reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

15.2 Notification. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — the Operator will endeavour to notify active users via a platform notification or email to the registered address. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
